Mackenzie Investments Announces Changes to Select Quadrus Funds

TORONTO – April 21, 2020 – Mackenzie Investments and Quadrus Investment Services Ltd. today announced 15 proposed fund mergers as part of their ongoing efforts to offer investors relevant, competitive and well-positioned product offerings through the Quadrus Group of Funds.

The corporate class funds listed below will be merged into the equivalent mutual fund trust version that, in each case, has an identical investment objective and is managed by the same portfolio management team. These mergers will occur on a tax-deferred basis. No action is required by investors. All costs and expenses associated with the mergers will be borne by Mackenzie Investments.  The mergers will take place on or about June 26, 2020.

In anticipation of these mergers, terminating funds will be closed to new accounts, effective 4:01 p.m. EST, June 23, 2020.
